aago1 Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the aago1 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who operates a registered account on aago1.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through the registration process.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward, cashback, or additional credit provided by aago1.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited through actual financial transactions by the user.
• "Service" refers to all gaming, betting, and entertainment activities offered by aago1.

The following conditions must be met to create an account on the aago1 platform:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed immediately.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The user must create an account in their own name; creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

The terms and conditions for deposits on aago1 are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. In cases of banking delays, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from the registered user's own account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
• aago1 reserves the right to set deposit limits and may request additional verification for large amounts.

The following terms apply when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed from verified accounts.
• Winnings earned from bonuses require the applicable wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be suspended or cancelled if fraud is suspected or KYC verification is incomplete.

New members on aago1 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

The wagering requirement before the welcome bonus can be used is 20 times (20x).

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and restrictions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• A bonus applies to one account only. Claiming multiple bonuses under the same person, address, device, or payment method is not permitted.
• aago1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious activity.
• The maximum withdrawable winnings from a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's guidelines.
• Deposited funds will be used before bonus funds in any game or bet.

The aago1 VIP Program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Cashback is processed once per week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Participating in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activities.
• Using low-risk bets or hedging strategies for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
• Using or accessing another user's account.
• Using harmful software or automation tools on the platform.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Misconduct or harassment toward aago1 staff.

aago1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

aago1 collects, stores, and processes users' personal data. This information is used for the following purposes:
